Killers of the Flower Moon (Osage: Mihopa hlaska žika cʼeðe) is an epic Western crime drama film directed by Martin Scorsese (Goodfellas) from a screenplay written by Scorcese and Eric Roth (The Good Shepherd). Featuring Lily Gladstone, Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Jesse Plemons, Tantoo Cardinal, John Lithgow, and Brendan Fraser; the film is based on the 2017 non-fiction book of the same name. Set in 1920s Oklahoma, the story follows Ernest and Mollie Burkhart and their connection to a series of murders of the Osage Nation after the oil discovered on their tribal land made them extremely wealthy.
