Bones and All is a romantic cannibal horror film directed by Luca Guadagnino (Suspiria) from a screenplay written by David Kajganich (The Invasion). Featuring Taylor Russell, Timothée Chalamet, Michael Stuhlbarg, André Holland, Chloë Sevigny, David Gordon Green, Jessica Harper, Jake Horowitz, and Mark Rylance; the film is based on the 2015 novel of the same name by Camille DeAngelis. The story follows Maren, a young girl afflicted with cannibalism who falls in love with another cannibal named Lee. Together they go on a road trip across the country and develop feelings for each other.
