28 Years Later: The Bone Temple is a post-apocalyptic horror film directed by Nia DaCosta (Candyman) from a screenplay written by Alex Garland (Warfare). Featuring Ralph Fiennes, Jack O’Connell, Alfie Williams, Erin Kellyman, and Chi Lewis-Parry, it’s a direct sequel to 28 Years Later (2025) and the fourth installment in the 28 Days Later film series. Set shortly after the previous film, the story follows Dr. Ian Kelson as he continues to develop a treatment for the Rage virus. Meanwhile, Spike is forced to join a gang of murderous Satanists who saved him from a group of infected.
