Tron: Ares is a sci-fi action film directed by Joachim Rønning (Maleficent: Mistress of Evil) from a screenplay written by Jesse Wigutow (It Runs in the Family). Featuring Jared Leto, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Jodie Turner-Smith, Hasan Minhaj, Arturo Castro, Gillian Anderson, and Jeff Bridges, it is a standalone sequel to Tron: Legacy (2010) and the third theatrical installment in the Tron franchise.
