Venom: The Last Dance is an antihero buddy comedy film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name written and directed by Kelly Marcel (in her directorial debut). Featuring Tom Hardy, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, Rhys Ifans, Stephen Graham, Peggy Lu, Clark Backo, Alanna Ubach and Andy Serkis; it is the sequel to Venom (2018) and Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021), the fifth film in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe (SSU), and the third and final installment of the Venom trilogy. The story follows Venom and Eddie as they try to avoid being captured by both the alien-hunting government agency Imperium and the Xenophages of the primordial symbiote deity Knull.
