Blue Eye Samurai is an adult animated action television series created and written for Netflix by Amber Noizumi and Michael Green (A Haunting in Venice), with supervising director and series producer Jane Wu (Men in Black: The Series). The voice cast includes the talents of Maya Erskine, George Takei, Masi Oka, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Brenda Song, Darren Barnet, Randall Park, Kenneth Branagh, Stephanie Hsu, Ming-Na Wen, Harry Shum Jr., Mark Dacascos, Patrick Gallagher, Ann Harada, and Byron Mann. Set during Japan’s Edo period, the story follows the half-white half-Japanese samurai Mizu and her quest for vengeance against four white men, one of whom is her father, that raped her mother.
