Captain America: Brave New World is a superhero political conspiracy thriller based on the Marvel Comics character Sam Wilson/Captain America, directed by Julius Onah (The Cloverfield Paradox) from a screenplay written by Rob Edwards (Treasure Planet), Malcolm Spellman & Dalan Musson (Our Family Wedding) and Onah & Peter Glanz (The Longest Week). Featuring Anthony Mackie, Harrison Ford, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Carl Lumbly, Xosha Roquemore, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Giancarlo Esposito, and Tim Blake Nelson. It is the fourth installment in the Captain America film series and the 35th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Set a few years after The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Sam Wilson finds himself at the center of an international incident involving the President of the United States and the newly discovered Celestial metal, adamantium.
